Progress Monitoring Schedules:
The progress monitoring schedules can be modified to graphically portray the progress performance of any collection of mass repetitive information. The formatting and weighting principles can also be modified as required. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel will be necessary to accommodate this.
How to use:
When a programme week number is inserted, the schedule will automatically highlight (in red) the extent of the planned works and will display the planned percentage values for that week ending date. When the actual progress values are inserted into the schedule the associated cells will change colour (1-99% = yellow and 100% = green) and the actual percentage values will be automatically displayed.
Open one of the schedules that are formatted to provide planned & actual progress values, click on the Programme Week Number box and enter a number. The Week Ending Date will change accordingly, and the cells relative to that programme date will turn red and the Planned progress values will automatically be inserted. Then add progress values into any of the cells, these cells will change colour accordingly and the Actual progress values will automatically be inserted.
