Working as part of a team or solely from the information provided by their client.  ESP have the experience and expertise to analyse and evaluate from pre-construction through to commissioning completion, and have the capability to produce graphical schedules that categorise mass information for simplified review purposes.

Time-slice schedule examples and a blank template for a cause and effect schedule can be viewed and downloaded from the Knowledge Management section.

ESP have answered some potential client's questions below:

What describes the role of ESP ?

ESP are the link between the "hands on" and the "legal" aspects of dispute resolution.

What do ESP do?

ESP generates the "work product".

How do ESP carry this out?

Reviewing of recorded documents i.e. programmes, meeting minutes, emails, progress reports, correspondence, RFI files, labour records etc.  From which ESP would develop the programmes and schedules referred to above.

How would ESP carry this out if very little of that information was available?

ESP would work the project back from the completion date through stages, i.e. testing & commissioning, power on, final fix, 1st & 2nd fix, prefabrication/manufacture, drawing development/approval & information requests. Relating this to what information was actually available and using ESP's vast experience and knowledge to determine the likelihood of what did or didn't occur in relation to the timescale of the project.
