We are experienced in all aspects of mechanical and electrical services planning including fire alarms, BMS controls and CCTV/access control.

We specialise in the incorporation of the M&E building services into high-rise projects from concept design to commissioning completion/handover. 

We produce a range of practical stand alone programmes with links for construction programme interfaces.  Alternatively we support our client's planners with the integration of the M&E building services into their main construction programme.

Progress schedules support our monitoring regimes and provide an accurate performance appraisal.  These have been successfully implemented on a number of projects and once in place these schedules can easily be updated by our client's staff.

Primavera is our preferred choice of software for programme development.  Other software applications can also be utilised.

Engineering Services Planning Limited was formed in 2004 by Cliff Walker.  Cliff is the driving force behind the range of services that we provide, supplemented by our industry specialist contacts.

Cliff comes from an mechanical and electrical engineering contracting background and worked for How Engineering from 1988 to 1997, where he was involved in various levels of project management on a number of contracts in commercial office development, Data Centre, Hospital, Shopping Centre and Residential sectors.

In 1997 Cliff moved across from project management to planning, initially working on high-rise residential projects.  From 2000 to 2004 he was employed by Canary Wharf Contractors Limited as their specialist M&E building services planner on a number of the high-rise commercial buildings on the Canary Wharf Phase 2 development.

Cliff has 20 plus years of combined project management and planning experience, a good deal of which has been spent at the "sharp end" of projects.  This enables us to deliver our clients requirements in a practical, cost effective and professional manner.

We have large scale and high profile project planning experience including Canary Wharf Crossrail Station and Riverside South developments, Athletes Village Stratford, AWE Aldermaston, Wembley National Stadium, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Canary Wharf Phase 2, ExCel Centre Becton (initial project & later extension).

We have successfully carried out assignments for Canary Wharf Contractors Ltd, Canary Wharf Group, Bovis Lend Lease, Bovis Interiors, High-Point Rendel and Birse Engineering in addition to a number of M&E contractors.
